Status of my order

Hi I placed an order for a TV and when I check my status it says the order is closed but I haven't received the item. Can you help me at all with locating the item?

I see that you have already contacted our hotline about this. The TV arrived at DHL on May 26th and you should be contacted by DHL for a delivery date.

Have you already heard something from there?
