Sim card shipment


Hi. I have ordered two sim card. My orders was approved. Then, i recieved e-mails which told me that sim cards delivered to Deutsche Post. Yet, since 12 and 16 December i have not still recieved sim cards. Can you urgently help me please ?

is it about a new contract?


yes both of are new contract and new sim cards.

It sounds good that you have signed new contracts with us 😊 Especially in December before the holidays, Deutsche Post can have longer delivery times. Have you received any mail in the meantime or are you still waiting? Have you been able to chat with us and get more information about your contracts?

why don't you call?


Because of the fact that my current sim card does not work properly, i could not speak with anyone continuously, when i call someone, i lost communication during phone call. That’s why we need sim cards which work properly. Is there anything to answer to get help ?

@ahmetalperkeskin You have not received any more e-mails from us, not even one that has landed in your spam folder? 🤔
Unfortunately, we can't check what's going on because you don't have an active customer account that has been linked to your community account. Only with such a legitimation we have the possibility to have a closer look.
