O2 is SCAM,,,,, they charged 243 euros from me for no reason

The bill should actually give you information about roaming connections with data or phone. If something is unclear, you can also post the invoice page (remove personal details!) here.

unfortunately, we cannot see your bills because you are not registered with your contract here in the community.
If you have used your SIM card abroad, outside the EU, there are increased charges. You can see the charges in our price list: Preisliste Ausland und sonstige Services Mobilfunk Postpaid (o2online.de)
The respective charges should be listed on your itemized bill.
