Did you look into your invoice details? There should be some unusual amounts which have been invoiced. Can you tell us which ones?

you can take a close look at your bill in my o2. Have you been able to find out what the amount was deducted for?

If you are billed more than the EU regulations allow, you can roast them pretty bad with any lawyer:
