We have 2 mobile phone contracts with o2. Unfortunately when we signed up they did not tell us in the shop that there is the family bonus, so we have two separate contracts, under separate customer numbers.
The 2 year contracts will expire in this year, mine in september and her in december. I already see that mine can be prolonged, but the offers I see are worse than the ones I see under the ‘for o2 customers’ section on the website.
my question is how it would be possible to get the ‘for o2 customers’ tariffs for prolonging the contracts?
another question is that with my current contract I have a phone included. I do not want a new phone now, but is it possible to include a phone later on during the next 2 year I’ll sign up for?
