Hi. I have several gadget plan: 1 gadget with sim plan and 2 gadget without. However, I was having a problem with the bank connected to my O2 for monthly automatic payment. I didn't notice immediately that the automatic deduction of payment were being cancelled since October or November. Just lately that I am trying to track all of my payments vs ratenplan info and found out that I missed several payments because of bank issue. Now my 2 gadgets without sim plan has an info from the o2 app saying that I need to pay all of the remaining amount which I can't. I have 2 main concern:
1. How would I know how much exactly I missed or to catch up with the payment? As I cannot see on the app.
2. Is there a way to re-open or recontinue the monthly plan?
