I have ordered a new postpaid card because my old card was not functioning. Latet i am recieving more bill as before. I guess they changed my Vertrag. I want my old vertrag back. They are cutting money for sim card also ,i guess.. so i dont want that. Its a second month since i got second card. I realised after watching my bill. I am continuously trying to contact them through phone bt not reachable. Earlier they used to cut 26 euros and now they are cutting 46 euros. and i am not using my sim.. i just dont want it

Hello @saun,

if I understand you correctly there was a missunderstanding and you ordered a new contract accidentally? If already two months have passed it is not possible to make a revocation anymore.

Have you received a replacement card for your old contract as well an can you use it again?

it could be, that you got a second contract. Did you ordered it in a Shop or per hotline? It could also be that you got an contract renewal. Have you got an E-Mail from us with information about this? 

I am sorry for this situation and I am hoping, that we can help you as soon as possible.

i ordered through call, as my 1st Card was suddenly not functioning. I told them that i want the same contract but don't know where the misscommunication happend, they changed the contract. I got the bill but i couldn't understood at first time. But at the second month i got to knew that they are billing more as before. I tried to call them now they are saying they wont end my contract as i crossed 2 weeks and now it will go on till 2 years till my contract ends. I am very dissappointed by O2 with this situation. Now i am paying for sim extra which i am not using. I already had earlier one O2 sim, now they gave me one more O2 sim. What shall i do with this !!! I am very much stressed with this situation.

As my card was not working anymore ,i ordered new card, so i got another card .. for my old contract i didnt got any other replacement card..

This is just dissapointing... !!! I will never ever prefer O2 again im my life.. where i should call and wait for hours to speak and who cant understand when i am clearly saying how much i paid before i want the same contract and they r giving new one whatever they want.. Sorry to say but we dont have that much time to read each and every line .. Things should b clear in calls... No more discussions.. Totally dissapointed.. !!!

you are welcome to write here again what happened and we will take a look. 
If you have concluded a contract over the phone, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 days. So if you just see something wrong in your portal, then please revoke immediately in the appropriate period.

Hello,

i need my old contract back.. !! or else i need termination.. Please do any of these possible by allowing me for extraordinary termination.. I knw that i crossed 2 weeks aftr changing contract.. It only happend bcoz i trusted O2 and only after getting my 2nd Bill i recognized that something is wrong and so got to knw abt changed contract.. If its a failure frm my side by not recognizing the changed contract within 2 weeks its also the problem from O2 side by nt providing my old contract back..

if the cancellation period has already expired, we can unfortunately no longer make any changes.
What was confirmed to you in writing and what is currently active? We could only correct such changes now if something was set up differently than was confirmed to you in writing.

@o2_Giulia @o2_Jessica @o2_Marco   i require some assistance please. i cant figure out how to ask a question on this forum.  and more importantly i cannot understand how to top up my prepaid german sim card that i bought in Frankfurt late september.   i live in canada  and will be going to france on nov 25 approximately.   i would like to continue to use my german sim card there as it has european roaming.

my credit, according the the O@ site is only .15 euro.  how do i recharge the sim card or  top it up .  i dont have a german bank account.  i only want to top it up one time as i may not be back in europe until next may or october.  also i would like to pay for the top up, or recharge , with my visa card.   i cannot find a way to translate the website into english,

and again could not figure out how to ask a question on this english site, so i just wrote my question here on someone else's post ( my apologies, i’m computer illiterate it seems )
