Price and bad internet connection


Hello, I signed the contract at the end of August this year. The name of the tariff is o2 free unlimited max online. I have mobiles WLAN. So the price in the contract is 59.99 - minus 30 euros, and that is 29.99. When I signed the contract, the consultant also gave me a price of 30 euros. However, 59.99 euros are still debited from my account. I would also like to know why the connection worsens at the end of the month, very slow internet. 

How can this be resolved?

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

I assume you booked a contract with the 50% discount from the Kombivorteil. For this discount to work, you need to have a second contract that “gives” the discount, else you wouldn’t have any advantage here and pay the normal full price for the contract. There are also some contracts, that do not work as a “giver” themselves. As such do you have a second contract here at o2 and if so, what is the name of the contract?

This is the first time I hear about it (Kombivorteil). This is my first contract. Why didn't they warn me then that I needed a second contract? And why was the announced final price 30 euros?

where did you conclude the contract, through which customer channel?
Of course, we cannot reproduce the conversation, but I suspect that it was a linguistic misunderstanding.

I was contracted by o2 at Leopoldplatz in Berlin. I asked your consultant several times about the final price. The counselling girl repeated several times that I was only paying 30 euros. I was also with my friend the translator.  And not a word about needing a second contract. Or is it company policy that you don't need to warn about such things?

I am very sorry that your experience was not satisfactory. Unfortunately, there is nothing more I can do for you right now.

If you have concluded the contract in a store, then the store is your contractual partner. For further clarification, I must refer you to this. 
Any corrections or goodwill provisions can only be implemented accordingly by your contractual partner.
