Hello, I was in Germany in 2015. I left Germany in December 2015 and came back for job two months ago. While I was leaving Germany in 2015, I send a letter to O2 to cancel my mobile contract. I never heard of them back. But now I realize that O2 continued charging and I owe 300 euros. I just learned my SCHUFA report. How should I fix this issue? Should I pay this to you for 3 years. Who should I call to fix this issue? I do not speak German. It would be nice if there is any contact to which I can communicate and fix the issue.
