I have bought a sim from store yesterday. I have go through the ID check through Post office. Still my sim is not active, I did not received any confirmation regarding sim activation. Can you please provide the assistance to solve this matter on urgent basis. Thank you
@o2_Giulia No still no update from 02. One week has been passed now. Can you please help me in this matter. Please note i have also visited the O2 store and they said if you have bought a sim from any other store than we can not help in this matter. I don’t know where to go. It looks like that i have wasted my money and time for choosing 02.
@o2_Giulia I am stuck, because i can not update registered information because no section for changing the information and no option for choosing the Video ID check option is showing.
