Hello @Mihir Thacker ,
welcome to our community!
With sufficient credit the packs will be extended automatically.
This cannot be stopped.
So right now you cannot use the new pack but the recharge is gone, is that right?
Best regards,
Manuela
Hello @o2_Manuela ,
Yes, the recharge amount is gone but I can't use the services.
Could I get a refund as credit in the app?
Thank you for your help
Hello @o2_Manuela @o2_Manga
How shall I proceed now?
Would I get a refund?
Waiting for your reply.
Hello,
I just did a recharge with a different plan on my O2 sim before the completion of 28 days of my previous plan. The new recharge went successful but after finishing 28 days my previous plan, the new plan got automatically recharged. I immediately cancelled the plan but I didn't get any refund for that. How can I get a refund and how can I turn off automatic recharge?
So now, the credit in my account is deducted but I don’t have a plan and can’t access its services. What should I do now to get a refund?
Your help would be considered very grateful.
Hello @Mihir Thacker ,
the pack was not cancelled but deactivated.
In this case we normally dont refund the charging but we made a exception in your case.
The credit is now available again.
Can you confirm that?
Next time you can deactivate the pack in the holding pattern.
Then the pack will not be activated again.
Best regards,
Manuela
Hello,
Thank you so much @o2_Manuela for your consideration.
I have got the credit of the deactivated plan.
Just one more question: I didn't get the part about how to deactivate the plan. Do I need to deactivate it before it is recharged again or I can deactivate it only after it is recharged?
Thank you so much for helping me.
Kind regards,
Mihir
Hello @Mihir Thacker ,
yes, you can cancel it, when its active and before its recharged again.
In this case the pack is in the holding pattern for the next recharge and it can be cancelled.
I hope i could help you with this information
Best regards,
Manuela
Hello @o2_Manuela ,
Thank you for the information.
I tried to look it up in the Meino2 App but I can’t find an option to deactivate the automatic recharging of plan. For now I just want to deactivate the autorcharge of o2 my prepaid S.
Suppose I recharge with a new pack every month do I need to deactivate other plans again. I just want to deactivate the automatic recharge option and I wish to make the recharge of my choice at different time intervals. Could it be done?
Thank you for your helo.
Kind Regards,
Mihir
Hello @Mihir Thacker ,
you can deactivate the pack in the 28 days where the pack is active.
When there is enough credit available the pack will be recharged automatically.
So the plan can only be deactivated in the 28 days where its active or when there is not enough credit available to recharge it again.
I think Jessicas article about questions and answers about prepaid can also be helpfull for you.
Best regards,
Manuela
Hello @o2_Manuela,
Thank you so much for the information.
Suppose my current plan expires on 31March.
To deactivate it I've to click the "to unsubscribe" button in mein o2 App before the expiry date; let's say I unsubscribe it in 31 Jan itself.
Then, my pack wouldn't be automatically recharge on 1 April again.
Am I right?
Thanking you.
Kind regards,
Mihir
Hello @Mihir Thacker ,
please consider that the pack is active for 28 days, not for 1 whole month.
You can deactivate or unsubscribe the pack.
Deactivate → the pack is deactivated immediatey.
Unsubscribe → the pack is deactivated after the 28 days.
In both cases the pack will not be recharged again automatically.
Do you have further questions?
Best regards,
Manuela
Hello,
I came to Germany recently from India, I brought new O2 Prepaid SIM card and initially selected with O2 Prepaid Medium pack (15Eur). I have recently opened an account in Deutsche bank and added the details in O2 mein app but I don’t see it is automatically recharging and also I’m not getting any way to recharge it other than going to super market and buying the O2 recharge card.
Could any one please help me how I can recharge my O2 Prepaid SIM card online or help me activate SEPA direct debit from my Deutsche bank ?
