I would be happy to help you port your number, although I think it's a shame that you want to leave us.

We do not offer number porting from a current contract in the prepaid sector. This means that you have to cancel the contract. I'll link you to a form for this purpose. 

At the same time, you can use this form to have your credit paid out.
