prepaid package change

I would like to change my Prepaid package from a 19.99€ L package to a 9.99 S package. How do I do this without changing my number? Thank you

Dear @Georgieb ,

welcome in our community. :beetle:

I have now cancelled the L pack. This means that it will not be re-booked after expiry, but will continue to run until the end of the period. However, I cannot book the pack S for you, as it would then start immediately and the pack L is still running.
You can book pack S for yourself on 27.01. as normal via the app. That should then work.
