Dear O2 Team,

Can you please tell me the process to Terminate my Prepaid Contract.

I m moving to another Service Provider

Calling Customer Service is Impossible as I am on HOLD for 1 hour and it is CRAZY

O2 Customer Service is BAD Unfortunately.

I Dont even know what is happening to my Automatic payment from paypal as I cannot find the past invoice in Mein O2 App. I have lost the trace of almost 355 EURs and I dont know where they are Gone.

My Plan is O2 Loop which is NOT possible to change Online.

O2 is CHEATING and SHAMELESS Company!

Dear O2 team,

Would like to get your reply on how do i port my O2 Prepaid contact to another Service Provider.

Hello O2 team,

I would like to take my current mobile number from o2 prepaid to another provider for my new contract. Could you please release my number 0176 **** 2834 for porting immediately?

Thanks in advance and waiting for the number release.

Kulkarni

Hi @FrustratedMan

welcome to our English Community.

I regret that you are not happy about our customer service.

According to your wish, I just released your prepaid-number for porting. As confirmation you will get an SMS-message. You may now contact your new provider in order to ask for the immediate porting of your number. Please make sure that you still have a top-up of 6,82 € on your old prepaid-card. This is the normal fee for the porting.

If you still have an amount left over after the porting, please fill out this form: Remaining amount returned to your bank account We will then transfer the remaining amount to your personal bank account.

Additionally, the package “o2 my Prepaid S” will end on 23rd January 2021.

I hope everything works fine with the porting.

What is still to be clarified: What about your payment of 355 €? When did you pay this amount and how?

I look forward to your reply.

Loving greetings,

Tobias
