Prepaid Card Activation:Personal information is incorrect


I applied a prepaid card. But I found my birthday  was registered wrong when I activated it. My birthday is August 4th, but registered is April 8th, month and day are opposite. Whether it will make me can not accomplish the identitu verification in the post office. If it is true, how to change my personal information?

Is your name just spelled wrong? Then we or our customer service can help you.

Or has your surname changed due to marriage, for example? A corresponding proof must then be submitted in writing to: Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG, Kundenbetreuung, 90345 Nürnberg

Hi, I also have the same issue. Bought a prepaid card, accidentally registered the wrong birthday and now I am not able to do the postident. Would greatly appreciate to know how can I change my birthday? Thank you!
