Is your name just spelled wrong? Then we or our customer service can help you.
Or has your surname changed due to marriage, for example? A corresponding proof must then be submitted in writing to: Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG, Kundenbetreuung, 90345 Nürnberg
