Porting Fee from O2 to another provider


Good day, 

I have already applied for Porting through the O2 app and I got an email with details of the porting, which I have given to the new provider. 

 

New provider said that I have to wait till the 27th before my number will be activated in their system. 

 

My question is do I need to have a load in my O2 App to ensure that porting was successful?

 

If yes, how much load should I have?

Hey @Dorady ,
thank you for your question. 
You do not need to have any credit on your sim-card. But you shouldn’t also be in the red either :-)
If you still have a credit on the card, the rest can be paid out.

thank you for your question. 
You do not need to have any credit on your sim-card. But you shouldn’t also be in the red either :-)
If you still have a credit on the card, the rest can be paid out.
