But certainly, I am happy to help you. I have just released your number. You will receive a text message (SMS) as confirmation. Please contact now your new provider and ask for the transfer of your prepaid-number. 

 

We will charge you with 6,55 € one-time porting charge. Therefore, make sure that you have this amount as credit on your existing o2 prepaid-card. 

 

If you still have an existing amount on your card after the porting, please use this form: http://g.o2.de/pre-auszahlung We will then transfer the existing amount to your personal bank account.

Hello, 

I did top up recharge of 10 euro and they cut without confirmation and start sms service i don't want that please refund that charge and stop that service and i also apply for portability but when i recharge for that purpose and due to that i didn't able to do. 

Today i got new sms that one more is going to cut and didn't want that carry out a SEPA DIRECT DEBIT so please stop that also or show me the way. 

Please see my issue and work on it.

We charged you because you had the SMS Flat for 9,74 Euro waiting in the line. If you don´t want this anymore your can deactivate this in your account. I am sorry, but we can´t refund you this.

I applied for portablity and o2 cut 20€ for plans my network gone and plan automatically activate so please refund that and remaining amount i also fill and send form for return credit

You have a question concerning one of your charges?

 

We already cancelled the direct debit note for you on 9th December 2020. All your packs were deactivated as well on 9th December 2020. 

 

As I see in your data, we just wait now for the porting of your mobile phone number to your new provider. Therefore, you still have a credit of 6,65 € on your old prepaid card for the porting fee. Please contact the new provider in order to port your number. On our side, your number is already released and ready for the transfer.
