Port prepaid number from O2 to klarmobil

Hi I want to port my number from o2 to Klarmobil,
I had tried to follow the explanation from other posts here for the topic, but those are all outdated, as well those urls doesn’t exist in Mein o2 portal.

Welcome to our community 💙
You can have your prepaid number released for porting very quickly via the live chat, if it doesn't work for you in the My o2 app - have you tried this yet?

  • Select: Tariff & Options -> Number portability -> Release number now. On the following page, you will see the data that must be provided to the new provider. The release will be confirmed by SMS and is valid for 30 days.

do you have prepaid or postpaid? With prepaid, the approval is only possible via the o2 app.
