Phone delivery fail

Hi O2 English Communication

I have ordered a phone with 24 months contract. I don’t have my last name on the door bell, and I cannot add any information to say which room am I staying in. I thought at first that I would get a call (in my hometown deliveries always call.) I am not sure what is the status, I thought there would be an email for the delivery number. But I think my delivery is already sent back checking on this site Here .

How could I get my delivery with this issue?

Unfortunately, we can't check your status right now because you're not registered here with an o2 number.
Have you already received information about your order elsewhere?

When ordering hardware, it is indeed necessary for delivery that your name is on the bell. Alternatively, you could also put a message outside on the door with your name and where the person who delivers the parcels has to ring.
