Paying for more than one internet package

Hey all,

I found myself paying this month for 2 internet packages, i just wanted to change my internet package to only one but i found my bank account saying i paid for two.

How can this be solved?

No I had to pay for it with bank transfer

have you looked up your bill in “My o2”? What are the names of the packages? Which tariff do you use?

I just had the 4.00 GB data volume on My o2, but my bank account says it consumes other 15 Euros for  other Data usage which i didn’t order

I don't want the 15 € package anymore, I need to keep with the 9 € package for this month and later on.

I am happy to solve the issue for you.

 

I have just deactivated the package “o2 my Prepaid M” and you received a credit of 14,99 €.

 

This means that you only have the package “o2 my Prepaid Data Pack L” for 9,99 €.

 

I hope you agree to this solution.
