I am hoping that someone could assist me with regards to my concern because I recently ordered online the iphone 14 pro with the 20GB contract. My payment of €185,99 was already deducted from my account which I payed online through (Klarna) however, I received immediately an email notification indicating that my order cannot be processed without explaining why but yet again the payment went through. I am hoping for assistance with regards to this matter. I am already a customer of o2.
