Order concerns


Hello, 

I am hoping that someone could assist me with regards to my concern because I recently ordered online the iphone 14 pro with the 20GB contract. My payment of €185,99 was already deducted from my account which I payed online through (Klarna) however, I received immediately an email notification indicating that my order cannot be processed without explaining why but yet again the payment went through. I am hoping for assistance with regards to this matter. I am already a customer of o2.

When you received the prompt for the payment, did it mention that you could fulfill it through Klarna? Because it needs to be handled through the exact payment methods that you are offered there, else it will not work.

One of the option that was given is klarna and after picking that option it went through because I have seen immediately in my account that it was deducted but after I have received an email notification indicating that it was not possible to have it ordered. I wonder why when it already deducted money from my bank account.

Have you mentioned the customer number from the offer in the purpose of use when paying via Klarna? Or did you write something else?
