Order Cancellation Reason

I recently ordered mobile phone in January with contract online. But after sometime of in progress, order status changed to cancelled.

It happened for me twice, first time l didn't pay anything. But when I noticed it was cancelled I ordered again and I received an adjusted offer and l paid the one time payment and delivery fee too. But after few days of in progress order status today I noticed that my order is cancelled again. No any shipping confirmation or delivery happened. How can I know why this was cancelled or the reason behind that. then I can try something else. It's frustrating to see the order status changed to cancelled only when we check the order status. without giving any notification or reason. :|

I'm sorry that your orders were canceled. Unfortunately I can't see the reason for this, but you must have always received emails about it. There is an address where you can send your question why your oders are your order were not accepted. I va´can also send you the Adress here:
