I recently ordered mobile phone in January with contract online. But after sometime of in progress, order status changed to cancelled.
It happened for me twice, first time l didn't pay anything. But when I noticed it was cancelled I ordered again and I received an adjusted offer and l paid the one time payment and delivery fee too. But after few days of in progress order status today I noticed that my order is cancelled again. No any shipping confirmation or delivery happened. How can I know why this was cancelled or the reason behind that. then I can try something else. It's frustrating to see the order status changed to cancelled only when we check the order status. without giving any notification or reason. :|
