I have been using my O2 sim since april 2017 in germany and suddenly when i cam back from vacations(outside EU) and it is not working any more.
Kindly respond to this issue.

Could you maybe describe a bit further what exactly you mean with your sim not working anymore. Are the data connections not working, can you not call anyone or do you get an error directly when you start up your phone and have you already tested the card in a different smartphone?
