o2 music telefonica


month ago i paid almost 15 euro for O2 Music Paket/Telefónica that i didn't ask to subscribe and didn't use it so i unsubscribed month ago and as i see this month i have to pay almost 5 euro for the same service this is not fair i want my money back and i want know when this service end because i don't want pay for it forever

If your current bill only shows 5 euros for the service, then it seems to have been deactivated. If a deactivation takes place, the service will still be charged proportionally until the day of deactivation. Check your bill. The respective period is always shown above the respective service. Compare this with the deactivation date and the actual dates of your billing run. I assume that this was the final calculation for it. Please let us know here.

To avoid further possible bookings, you can activate the third-party provider block on your contract. You can find more information about this here:
