Hi @Faz15
I also want to change my contract but as i cannot call O2 i am not able to do this.
Could you go a bit more in to detail ? What changes do you have in mind?
Best Matze
I would like to keep my 02 phone number but swap to pay monthly contract, not on this on pay2go loop contract.
Is it not possible for someone at o2 customer services to call my o2 number and then can walk me through the available options / tarife?
Many thanks,
@Faz15 It is possible to switch from pre to postpaid.
Could you tell us to or three sentences which user profile you fit it?
How much data do you need per month? How much would you like to spend, or better which is the limit you would like to pay per month.
With this info we can check which tariff fits the most.
Best RegardsMatze
I would need maybe around 10 GB but not look to spend more than €20 / € 25 a month.
Is it possible for you to check my current 02 loop contract and see my details?
Hi @Faz15
The only tariff that would fit is the o2 Free M (includes 20 GB) which costs 29,99 Euro per month
or the o2 Free S Boost (includes 6 GB) whichs costs 24,99 Euro per month.

Ok and what is the process for this? how quickly can this be put through?

If you interessted i will contact you via private message.

I am used to not getting a clear answer by now at least...
Dear @IngeOlly ,
please stay in your post. Posting more than one article will only unnecessarily increase the processing time for you and other customers.
Kind regards,
Andrea
