I will try to figure out what happend to your hardware order. 

First of all we did send you an E-Mail around march 19th.

The correct way to order the phone was to click the link in the mail description to place your  payment.  

If your followed these steps the contract will occurre, otherwise nothing will happen. 

Could you tell us if you followed these steps?

Yes off course, it was paid on march 23

Why will it be transferred back?? I want the phone!! 

So no i also dont get the money? Is that also going to take weeks before something finally gets done?

the paying out process normally takes two weeks. Please have some patience.

After that you can try to order the phone again. I’m very sorry that these complications have occurred.
