Ich bin Prepaid-Kunde, ich habe keinen Vertrag mit O2-Netzwerk.
Also, ich hoffe, ich will keine 24 Euro bezahlen. Außerdem wird es beim Kauf der O2-Sim nirgendwo erwähnt.

Wenn diese mobile Nummer portabel ist, bedeutet das, dass ich meine Nummer nicht in ein anderes Netzwerk ändern möchte. Bitte nicht aufladen.

have you requested the transfer, yet?
If not, there´s nothing else you need to do.
The option to transfer your number, the Opt-In, is everything we´ve changed.
If you don´t request the transfer to another provider at the new provider, nothing will happen.
If the transfer is already requested, you´d need to inform the receiver that you´ve changed your mind in order to cancel the transfer.

Hello @Vignesh1436  , you can deactivate the recurring options. After that, you can use this form to request the transfer of the remaining credits to your bank account: https://www.o2online.de/assets/blobs/pdfs/prepaid-guthabenauszahlung/

The transfer request will also start the deactivation process :)
