No google buds prod were included

I bought a google pixel 7 during the promo of the bundle that a google earbuds pro are suppose to be included.

Well for my surprise they are not included on the package and I went to my local store to ask why and they told me that since this was an online purchase it should be resolved online.

Honestly is such a waste of time that no one can help you and you are paying for it…

Please send some advice on how I can get my earbuds please
