changing tariff midst contract


Hello,

I would like to know if i can change my tariff amidst of my contract. I am using my home internet which is O2 DSL M (100mbps). With home internet I took a combi mobile contract of 25GB (M). Altogether I pay around 45euro. Initially I took 25gb of mobile contract,  because my home internet connection disrupted a lot and I needed it for my job. But now 25GB is too much for me, since home internet seems to be stable.

 

How can I degrade my mobile or home internet contract? I don't want to pay this much, rather want a little less priced combi.

that is good that your home internet connection is now working well 🙂

You can cancel your mobile contract via the link which Bumer provided, if it has a running time of 24 months it will then be cancelled at the end of this runtime.

How long is the runtime still?

In case you want to use outside, just not with 25 GB but less, the second link which Bumer provided might be worh a look to see whether it can be extended with a smaller Tarif.
