I have a question,  My tariff is  O 2 Free Unlimited Max Online!

I honestly need a device, why not use pleasant with useful!

I wonder if I will be left with my package, which I now pay monthly, or is it something new?
I am interested in this package and would like to continue the normal contract. If anyone can assist me with the realization I would be immensely grateful! Asap please . Thank you!

Although I understand that you need urgent help, please do not open several threads for the same topic. :wink: This is against our community regulations

 

If I understand you correctly, you did not want the device SAMSUNG S21 5G together with the extension into the tariff “o2 Free S Boost Plus”. 

 

I have already good news for you: the phone will be cancelled automatically after 14 days. Just do not pay the amount mentioned. 

 

Concerning the extension, my colleagues already ordered the immediate cancellation of the extension. This will be done normally within the next 3 days. Just have a little patience. 

 

So, this means that we are solving your issue at the moment. :thumbsup:

I don't want to pay 2 contracts!

I want to keep paying for this one I still have, and take that cell phone and tablet in a package or just a cell phone!

As @Bollermann already explained to you, this is an offer for a new contract. 

 

Of course, we can check your possibilities for an extension. But you will not get a tablet for free in this case. 

 

Also, a downgrade to the tariff “o2 Free M” is only possible with a remaining duration of 12 months. This means that we only can offer you an extention with your existing tariff at the moment, or you just wait for at least further 5 months. .

If you agree to this, we ask you to deposit the credit using the link in the email. We will then send the device (depending on availability) to your delivery address immediately.

As your user who pays a monthly subscription  I didn't expect this! 

if you deposit € 125.00! Really??, “No thanks, I don't agree with that.” I will not make any deposit,  nothing is written on the official website and you want money!

This is absurd and shameful, very frivolous and insulting. This is a scam.

I just wanted to  extention with my existing tariff, nothing more!

 

 

I did not order this and I want it canceled immediately!

This is unbelievable, I have not terminated the contract I still have my old contract. I pay my dues regularly every month. This is a mistake and I immediately ask that this be moaned.

I want to cancel the contract and return the tariff I had.


Tariff has been activated   O 2 Free S Boost Plus- unwanted, and accidentally when i was choosing a package with a contract extension. 
 I want this to be canceled immediately within the time limit I can still return the tariff I had 
O 2 Free Unlimited Max Online!

I tried to call customer service but was unlucky.

I write everywhere because it is very important to me, I have to stop in time. I have limited time.

I have the  problem and my time is running out! I ask the same question and no one addresses me.

 I just want the existing contract to be canceled ( it was added by mistake ) and a return that I used for months o2 Free Unlimited Max  Online.
