i recently tried topping up my O2 prepaid with 10€ and it seemed to have topped up properly and automatically chosen plan S for 9.99€ but then I am unable to see my plan details and I am unable to use my SIM card. when I call hotline they say my number is „gekündigt“ and they cannot do anything about it and I have to buy a new prepaid plan. I do not want to lose this number. I was using o2 in November 2022 with the same plan by recharging it. It was working fine then. I cannot now use the 10€ that I topped up and it’s Plan as well as it shows my current plan as o2 loop. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
