Hello @taszeki,

Please note that this is a public community in which other customers also write to you. I am sure that Libertas only wanted to help you with your issue. The situation in Bad Hönningen is as follows according to the Live-Check:

There are indeed restrictions there due to overload, our technicians have already been informed and are working on a solution. We are working hard to further expand our network.
You can use the blue button to report that you are affected by the restrictions.
Unfortunately, we cannot currently give a date for network expansion.

Best regards

Giulia

Hello @taszeki,

welcome to our o2 Community 😀

I am sorry to hear that there are problems with mobile phone network reception at your address.

We need a little more information so that we can help you. Can you give us an address near you (not your own address!) so that we can take a look at the situation there?

It is possible that the 5G network is not yet optimally developed there. Maybe it works better if you set your smartphone to LTE/4G only?

Best regards

Giulia

@taszeki

u also can try some standard things.. restart the smartphone, try the sim in another mobile and see whats happen. If nothings helps you need to check the  Livecheck and report over and over again, if network doesnt work.

So you can measure your bandwith to proof O2, that the mobile network#s not working to potentielly seek compensation

Libertas ,

get compensation?
I guess you didn't understand me, I don't want compensation!
I'm not stupid or poor. I just want internet speed and nothing else.
And I don't even want anything anymore because of your behavior.
