It takes too long to send a letter from my country to come to you! That's why I ask if you can communicate by email! It would be more efficient!

I have to ask, are still in germany? Cause if so, in my opinion that is enough time to sent the all the papers which are needed for a cancellation.

I'm still working until July 27th!  but the address here will be deleted after I finish work and after I go home because it is a very short time!  or how do you advise me to do?  to go to the town hall and let them know that on the date I will no longer be at that address so that I can get rid of the “abmeldung” sheet?!

something among those line. A notice of departure, the deregistration, can also be sent via letter, at least according to our city portal. Please contact your regional Bürgeramt for more information about the process in your area.
