I am thinking to buy mobile from O2 without sim contract (24 Months).I want to ask when I have to cancel my contract or it will be automatically finished.

If you buy a mobile phone from us without a mobile phone contract, its contract ends automatically after 24, 36 or 48 months depending on the desired term and does not have to be cancelled. If you want, you can also pay off these o2 My Handy contracts early.
