Hello, I have buy a iPhone  from o2. My monthly  payment is 65 euro. But the monthly payment is not taken from my account. Can you please explain me why this is halppen?

Hello, Actually I have paid 221 euro first time when I bought the phone and last week 9.99 euro was cut from my account for the sim. But may be I did something worng and press the button to pay rest of the money 1100 euro at a time but it will very difficult for me. Then I tried a lot to cancel it but i couldn’t. Then yesterday I got a paper from O2 which was totally in german. My german knowledge is not so good sorry for that but I translate it and I understand there written that my 1100 euro will cut from my account with 2 weeks. But that not possible for me. Will please help me. I but the phone with contract and I want to carry the contract for 24 months. Please solve my this problem. I have also attached the paper whoch I got from the o2. Please please solve my this problem.

I have bought iphone 12 pro max with o2 sim for 24 months. The contract will finish on December 2022.But mistakenly I press the advance payment option and I tried a lot to cancel it but I couldn’t. Then I got a paper from o2 where written that my rest of the amount 1100 euro will be cut from my account within next 2 weeks.But it is not possible for me. Will you help me, I want to continue my monthly payment. Please solve my this problem, please.

oh, I understand what you mean. :grin:  But I have good news for you!

 

Fortunately, we were still able to delete the “Vorzeitige Abzahlung Ihres My Handy-Kaufvertrages” (early quit of your My Handy-purchase contract). 

 

You will be charged now again with small monthly rates until the end of the 24-months-period.

Thank you so much for your kind cooperation. I am really grateful to all of you. But still I have problem that is,  my contract is with sim card and mobile,  but it only cut the sim card monthly payment that is 9.99 euro and the rest of 55 euro for mobile is not cutting from my account. Can you please check it and fix it. So that every month from my account 65 euro will cut. Please solve my this problem.

I hope you are doing well. I have still one problem please solve my this problem. My 02 sim contract which is 9.99 euro is cutting from my account but my iphone 12 pro max contract which is 55 euro is per month which is still not cutting from my account. I got a letter from O2 where written that from 5 April my installment amount will be cut but still not cutting. Can you please check it why this happened. I request you please check it and please let me inform. Thank you.

so you want your cell phone installment to be automatically deducted from your account? After you bought your phone, did you fill out the SEPA direct debit mandate and send it back to o2?

Yes I want each month automacally 55 euro cut from my account, and when I bought the phone I gave every details of my bank account. And I got a letter last month where written that from 5 April my monthly payment will be cut from my account. But still no amount is cutting. I am very much worried about this matter will you please check and fixed this problem. I have also attached the letter which I got from O2. Please solve my this problem.

Nice that you received already a confirmation that we will continue the monthly rates for your IPHONE 12 PRO MAX 128GB, pacific-blue. So, this worked out already. :ok_hand:  

 

In order that we are allowed to continue to deduct the open amount both for your mobile phone contract as well as for your o2 My Handy-contract, please fill out the following SEPA-form: SEPA Please make a cross at “Einzugsermächtigung” (direct debit). In the section “o2 Mobilfunkvertrag” you write down the customer number of your mobile phone-contract. In the section “My-Handy-Kaufvertrag” you write the customer number of your o2 My Handy-contract.

The down payment was increased to € 221, so the installment will not be debited in the first 4 months.

The SEPA seems to be present when the mobile phone bill is debited.
