O2 is having a very special offer I was invited to buy Microsoft 365 Family edition for 59.99 I made the purchase but at the very last second the purchase was rejected.

Purchase failed
Dear o2 Customer, an unauthorized order may have been discovered in your user account. As a result, your account has been temporarily deactivated for protection.

This is totally unfair.

 By  the time someone gets to this post the offer may be gone.

 

Can someone make sure I can claim this offer as the technical fault is not mine .

@o2_Jessica Thanks for your help on this. It seems O2 has problems. Its the same when I wanted to try the O2 cloud storage its not available for users  with LTE connection. So many obstructions from O2 Germany. Its crazy other mobile provider's would jump at the chance to provide any customer all products and services, with out obstructions. After all this make O2 good profit margins.
