Hi everyone,
I bought a prepaid O2 simcard in Germany and was able to activate and use it for a few days.
Everything was working fine until I restarted my phone, which locked my SIM card asked for my SIM pin. I don’t remember my pin code and tried looking under my Mein o2 account but I am unable to log in because both the email I used to register and my prepaid number are not found.
I have tried contacting live chat support but there is never an agent available. I’ve tried contacting English support but queue times are always 10m+ and I am making an international call which I’d prefer not to do.
Any advice is appreciated!
