Lost PUK code

I have lost my PUK code and the sim card is locked. I also cant login to My O2 app as my account is also locked. 

Please help, its emergency

We can't tell you the PUK here in the o2 community.
Please reset your password for My o2 using the "Forgotten password" function to regain access to the online portal.

I have lost my PUK code and the sim card is locked. My MeinO2 is account is also locked and I cant login

I cant make call to hotline also

Please help
