hello, I applied for home internet through a 5g sim card and I did not receive any email with further steps, only confirmation of the order. Do I need to come to your office for a router and a SIM card or will you deliver it to me at home?  Or maybe I need to take some other action?  thanks in advance for your reply

I am very sorry that you didnt get any information. Sometimes it takes a little while and sometimes our emails end up in the spam filter.

Have you checked that filter?
