I have a community flat plan and i called o2 number and i have been charged .
How come pack doesnt work for one number only.
Very bad customer service . No chat service like UK . Call is only in german and paid .
Need to arrange a call in english or sort my issue at earliest

I just took a look for you. According to your EVN the number should be a o2 number and should therefore be included in the Community-Flat. I will therefore credit your credit for the call back to your account.
