I would like to cahnge from O2 to another provider. I have the O2 Loop Tariff. Can anyone help me with the procedure?

You’ll have to contact the hotline or chat for the release of your number and after that you’ll need sim.de to actually request the porting of the number itself. That’s basically it already, if you still have any leftover credit after the deactivation of the simcard you can have this paid out by filling out and sending in the respective form.
