i paid for a contract and didn’t recive my phone and sim card


Hello, I made a contract with you in 14.04 and I paid the phone and a SIM card and until now I didn’t receive nothing! You are not a serious company and I will make a complaint about your services.

I didn’t receive any email, and when I called your company they told me that DHL was already to my apartament and they didn’t find me home yesterday, but I was home all day. And they sand it back 😳 also I didn’t receive any email about my order status 🙄

i am glad to welcome you in our community. 💙
Sadly the delivery service were not able to deliver the package. I do not known the exactly reason but sometimes its because the name is not written on the door bell. But in this case it doesn´t matter. Sadly the hardware were send back by the delivery partner so the contract is cancelled automatically. 
Should you receive a sim card by post, please inform us so we can cancel the mobile plan as well if you wish.
