Few weeks ago, mid-May, I bought a phone from the O2 website and I chose installment as a payment method. I received a bill two days ago but I do not know how I can pay ? should I transfer money or O2 get the money automatically from my bank account?
I asked this question as I cannot see “my order” neither in My O2 app nor in my profile on the website. I have no idea what the problem is.
