Hello,

Few weeks ago, mid-May, I bought a phone from the O2 website and I chose installment as a payment method. I received a bill two days ago but I do not know how I can pay ? should I transfer money or O2 get the money automatically from my bank account?

 

I asked this question as I cannot see “my order” neither in My O2 app nor in my profile on the website. I have no idea what the problem is.

Did you check your Mails for further information about your phone?
Installement as a payment ist the usual way. We get the money automatically from your bank account.
Did you enter your bank account details while registrating?

O2 directly is taking money from my bank account every month. That’s good !

 

But I have still problem with seeing the order info and payment status on my O2 app. I even checked my account on O2 website but there is no option to see my order.

Do you want to check the installment plan online?

If so you need to either register the MyHandy contract online or:

If you have a preexisting o2 mobile contract for which you booked the phone you can also see the installment plan by changing the overview in Mein o2 by clicking your mobile number and then choosing the phone from the drop-down.
