how much I have paid for my phone


Hi,

I bought an iPhone last year. Every month O2 automatically takes money. How can I see how much I have paid till now and how much remains?

There is no option on my O2 app and also in my O2 profile.

Yes, I registered few months ago but I still cannot see the invoices in my O2 app.

you are only registered as an interested party. Use my link and register the contract number from my mobile phone contract.

I have a problem with finding the invoices on MeinO2. The last time I used Onlineo2.de and I could see my invoices but it disappeared. What should I do to see the invoices again? 

 

Also, I want to change my IBAN. I wonder if you could tell me how I can change it.

There are no monthly bills with my Handy contracts.
You can change your bank details using this form.

regarding the changing bank info, I changed my IBAN using this link (https://g.o2.de/mein-o2-bankverbindung), Is that Okay or it is mandatory to fill this form?

haven't you registered with the contract number yet?
If the bank details have been changed via the link, you no longer need to fill out a form.

You apparently already have o2 online access for your o2 my mobile phone contract.

So that you can view your monthly mobile phone bill, please register with your mobile phone number (if you have not already done so).

If you are already registered with your mobile number - please log in with it 🤗

Depending on how many customer numbers you have with us, please change the bank details online for each one. Once you have done this, you no longer need to fill out the form for us 🙂

I have registered before and I could see the monthly bill as soon as I registered. But I tried again to see my bills and also change my IBAN, I can not find the list of bills. To clarify what I mean, I have attached a screenshot from mz profile.

This would be the Mein o2 Login of your o2 Prepaid where there are no monthly bills.

When you have logged in for your my handy-contract for your iPhone, you can check the contract with the monthly debit for the instalment plan stated there.

Have you tried this Link to the Meijn o2 Login Page and entered the contract number of the instalment plan of your iPhone, @Bardiade?

The screenshot inn my previous message is taken from this link. When I use this link, I enter my mobile number and password, then I receive security code via sms. Where should enter contract number?

@Bardiade Try to open the Mein o2 registration page anew and then chose the yellow markered option “Ich bin MyHandy Kunde”.

Then you proceed to this page where you can enter your contract number in the yellow markered field.

You already existing Prepaid Login cannot conenct to a MyHandy instalemt plan, as this belongs to the Postpaid section of Mein o2.

I also have another question.

 

 

As I have changed my IBAN, I think O2 will use my new IBAN from July. As my previous bank account is inactive, O2 cannot take money in June. Can I go to O2 shop and pay there? Or I can wait till july and O2 will take money for June and July?
