Hello, I would like to have my mobile invoice, I got the si card one with the sim card but I only got a delivery notice with the mobile. Thank you.

Hello @YenniferC,

as far as I can see you already opened a new thread where you write that you have access to the invoice now. I assume, this question is now answered?

You will have access to your monthly invoice either via the “Mein o2” area in our online portal, you can also use our Mein o2 App on your smartphone.

If there are any questions left, just ask, we will answer as soon as possible :-)

Hello, 

I would like to have accès to the invoice of mobile in order to send it for guarantee, I have access to my monthly bill but which should I use for the mobile huawei guarantee if I never received one, the same issue I had with the airbuds pomo where I had to send the invoice but I never received it. Thank you.

Normally, you get the invoice at the beginning by letter after you received the mobile phone. 

 

But I just checked your data. Your hardware-invoice is already on the way to you. It will arrive by letter within the next few days. 

 

I hope that you will receive the invoice this time.
