Hello, I have ordered a mobile phone (to go with an iPhone) and the next day I received an email from O2 asking me to pay a deposit of €185.99 before the phone would be shipped. I accepted and made the transfer but the next day O2 emailed me saying my or was declined and they cannot offer me the phone without giving me a reason why they canceled my order. I have tried everything to get a refund of my deposit but to no avail. For the past two months I have called the O2 hotline but they are not telling me anything important. Please what should I do to get my money back?much
