English customer service to change tariff

Hello all,

I am trying to speak with customer services and despite being told to call to receive help in English, when I get through there’s no English help - just someone to hang up the phone.

I am trying to lower my tariff but have been unable to get any help in doing this.

A downgrade of your tariff is possible in case of contract extention. If you don’t find an offer online we can’t do this right now because the remaining period seems to be too long. 

Did you check online your contract details?
