(english) Contract transferred, but original owner still paying


Guten Tag,

In the middle of July, someone transferred their account to me (Internet).
Because, in order to use the app and access any information, I made a mobile contract later in August.
But now in September, that I have everything in my name, I have paid the full price for both internet and mobile.

But so did the original owner. On his invoice this month (September) he was changed for Mobile and Internet again.

Is this going to be fixed by itself or where can I get someone to help?

Are the invoices for exactly the same billing periods?

Hi!

Latest invoice:
Mine: from 01-08-2022 to 31-08-2022 (internet + mobile)
Theirs: from 13-07-2022 to 18-08-2022 (Internet + mobile)

My previous invoice: 01-07-2022 to 31-07-2022(internet) 

All of them paying full price.

So even if they don’t line up on the dates, there is an obvious overlap, and both parties are paying for the same thing.

Hi @SrCantos thanks for your respond. I had a look at the invoices. You paid for your DSL contract since 31st of july and your friend up to the 30th of July.
For further informations please have a look on the second page of the invoice. It seems to be correct.
If there are any questions left, you´re always welcome.

But just to be safe i have to ask, is my friend going to be charged of anything next month?

If so, what and how can I migrate that to my account?

Hello and sorry to bother you again,

But he just got another Invoice. 
The internet is fine, as you said. Not on his account anymore.
But how about his mobile? When we discussed the transfering on the shop, it was suggested that by the end of the process, I’d be paying for everything (which I am) and he’d not have anything left. 

Could you check if there are any pending cancelation of his mobile account? If not, how should we proceed to do so?

Hi @SrCantos the only tarifplan which was switched over was for the fixline tarif. 
Please have a look to the Link which explains how to take over a contract. 😊
I am sorry when you ordered this in an o2 shop, but i haven´t found it in your data.
