I received another E-Mail saying that I have to verify my E-Mail address. But after clicking the link and logging in using google and safari website, it always says that there is a technical problem logging in my account, thats why I can‘t verify my Email although I‘ve tried it several times. Could you please help me. Thank you.

I assume you already registered the contract that you want to verify the email address for and are using the corresponding login and password?
Did you maybe also set up an account for this community only? I’m just asking because you can’t add any contract details to the account that was registered for the community only.

yes that‘s right.
I created an account for the community only. I do also have an o2 sim card that I bought last year, and I tried to connect it using my number, but to no success. I also received last week the phone that I ordered and I worry if I can‘t verify the email that I used. Is there any other solution to verify the email that I used here in community? Thank you.

you need to register the myHandy contract for the mein o2 Portal, before that you won’t be able to verify your email address. If you need help with the registration, please let us know.
